Delivery
Please note that these Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. The delivery and fulfilment times given by Ikonkase are indicative only and are subject to change. We do our best to deliver your Products on time, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that these times will be respected in the event of an incident on the part of the carrier.

We cannot be held responsible if your delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.
You have the option of selecting multiple addresses for delivery, including an address other than your billing address. Please note that Ikonkase will not deliver to a P.O. Box with restrictions for Products ordered on the website.
All Products you order on the website will remain the property of Ikonkase until they are delivered to the address indicated.
All risks associated with the Products you order (including the risk of loss and/or damage to the Products) will pass to you upon delivery to the delivery address specified in your order. If you have indicated the delivery to an address other than your own, all risk shall pass to you.
If Ikonkase is unable to supply you with the Products you have ordered, we will not process your order and will inform you in writing (including by e-mail) and, if you have already paid for the Products, we will issue a full refund as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the date of cancellation.
Due to customs, legal, regulatory and practical restrictions that may apply to orders placed, delivery of certain Products to particular destinations may not be available. Ikonkase reserves the right to determine which Products may or may not be delivered to a particular destination. Details of where Ikonkase can deliver, as well as information on delivery charges and times, are available here. Prices and delivery times may vary depending on the nature of the Products ordered, the delivery service chosen and your delivery address. 
These Terms and Conditions will apply regardless of the delivery method you choose for your Products.

Destinations and delivery times
We ship to most countries around the world via our transport providers.

In metropolitan France and Monaco, your standard home delivery packages are sent by La Poste within 48 working hours (average delivery times observed, they may be longer during the holiday season). Abroad, our partner Chronopost ensures an express delivery whose delays vary from one country to another.

Europe: 2 to 5 days
DOM and TOM: 48h/72h
Rest of the world: 3 to 5 days
Delays
The delivery of your Products may be delayed for reasons beyond our control - for example, in the event of a stock shortage or higher than expected demand. In this case, we will make every effort to keep you informed of the situation, and will offer you the opportunity to cancel your order if the delay is too great.
