Securing transactions and combating fraud
In order to guarantee you an optimal quality of service and to secure payments and deliveries, certain data collected on the Site may also be used to determine the level of fraud risk associated with the use of this Site. We have chosen Stripe and Paypal, our payment providers, to carry out this analysis of the data collected, on a fully automated basis.
The data concerned is related to the setting up of the sales contract (products, personal and bank details).
Depending on the results of the check, we may decide to take security measures and, if the security of the order cannot be guaranteed, we may choose to cancel it. The occurrence of an incident (such as fraudulent use of a means of payment or delivery fraud) will lead to the data relating to the order being entered into a file, which may lead us to carry out any further checks that may be necessary for future orders. You will be notified of this during the risk analysis and will be able to make any comments you may have.
If you object to the processing of your data for the purpose of securing transactions, you may be prevented from using the Site and placing future orders.
